Widening of Unser Blvd from a 2-lane road to a 4-lane road from Cherry Road to Paseo del Volcan. The Project will include a pedestrian path, sidewalks, and bike lanes.

  • February 2026: All NMDOT project certifications received and Final Plan Review conducted with NMDOT
  • December 2025: Coordination with NMDOT for project certification on-going -- Utility certification requested
  • November 2025: Coordination with NMDOT for project certification on-going -- Environmental Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) Re-evaluation approved and Right of Way certification requested
  • October 2025: Coordination with NMDOT for project certification on-going -- Railroad certification received
