 The Utility Service Division is organized into three sections: Billing, Collections, and Customer Service. Through these sections the Division is responsible for creating water accounts, changing water accounts, finalizing water accounts, implementing the water, wastewater, and recycled water rates; install new meters, rent out construction meters, turn on water service, shut off water service, and water assistance programs.
