You will need to apply for a new water account if: you have never had a water account, are reactivating an account, or transferring ownership of an account. Please note all applicants noted below are assessed a $45.00 administrative fee.
How to Apply for Service:
1. Complete an applicable application listed below
a.UT-UTS-01.01 (E) Residential Application (PDF)
-If you live in a single family home;
-If you have purchased a home, provide the signed settlement statement or warranted deed;
-If you are renting, a signed lease/rental agreement from both parties is required and all lease holders must be on application;
-Valid drivers license, state ID, or passport for all applicants is required;
-If services are off please complete one of the following:
-UT-UTS-01.07 (E) Release for Reconnection of Water (PDF)
b.UT-UTS-01.02 (E) Commercial Application (PDF)
- If you are applying for water for a business;
- Property Managers must submit signed Property Management agreement
- Commercial accounts require a business license, LLC, or Corporate documents to support the type of business.
- Sole Proprietorship follow residental requirements.
- Realtors/Agencies must submit documentation to support type of business. If the property is a foreclosure - Realtor/Agent must provide Bank Assignment Letter.
