Vendor Registration

The Vendor List is a listing of suppliers, consultants, and businesses that wish to receive invitations for bids (IFBs) or requests for proposals (RFPs). 


HOW TO REGISTER (Vendor Registration PacketVendor Registration with W-9)

If your company wishes to register with the City of Rio Rancho, please download and complete the Vendor Registration Packet | Vendor Registration Packet with W-9, which includes a W9 form. Once the packet is completed, please save and email it to purchasing@rrnm.gov, or print and fax it to 505-891-5762. 


Vendors not online can contact the Purchasing Division for information to be mailed. 


Placement on the Vendor List does not automatically guarantee the City will purchase goods or services from a vendor.
