1. How do I find out what Council District I am in?: You can visit our Council District Map to figure out which district your property falls under.

2. How do I find out about upcoming Public Meetings?: You can find information about some upcoming Public Meetings by going to our Governing Body page.

4. What do I do with my 1099 for my taxes when my property has been acquired by the City?: There are many different avenues that you can take in regards to the 1099 tax form.Please call our Land Coordinator at (505) 891-5220 for more information.

5. What is a Fiscal Year?: A Fiscal Year (FY) is the length of a calendar year but starts in July and ends in June of the following year.For example: July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.

6. What is a Federal Fiscal Year?: A Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) is the length of a calendar year but starts in October and ends in September of the following year. For example: October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015.

7. Who maintains the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)?: MS4 is maintained by the Development Services Department Engineering Division.They also maintain the Development Process manual.
