Report Rio Rancho is an online and mobile service request system for the City of Rio Rancho. Report Rio Rancho allows residents and businesses to identify non-emergency issues and report those service requests directly to the City.

- For reporting shoplifting under $500, fraud, or criminal damage, harassment, etc.: Online Crime Reporting
- For reporting abandoned vehicles, illegal street parking, or speeding: Use the "Submit a Service Request" below. Note: Issues that require an officer's immediate response should be called into dispatch at 505-891-7226.
The City will work to resolve the issue, on all report types, as soon as possible. Please follow the directions below to submit your service request.
What's New?
Report Rio Rancho has some new, user-friendly features. Users of the desktop application will now be able to:
- Create a log in account (if you use Report Rio Rancho on your mobile device, this information is the same);
- View your service requests at any time;
- View requests that have been made near you;
- Comment on open requests;
- Respond to comments made on your requests.
