The City of Rio Rancho’s Library and Information Services Department is expanding hours and services, starting Monday, September 21. Rio Rancho Public Libraries continue to adapt and expand services to meet the evolving needs of our community.
Limited Browsing Begins
Limited browsing starts September 21. Patrons will be able to browse new books, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks. Patrons will also be able to request books from the closed off areas of the library, and staff will retrieve the requested materials.

Citizens entering or being present inside the Libraries are required to wear a face covering and maintain six feet of distance between themselves and others.
Both Loma Colorado Main Library and Esther Bone Memorial Library continue to offer pickup of reserved library items, until further notice. An appointment is not necessary.
